Austyns Trip to the ER

Thursday afternoon Austyn came running out of her room with a toy in her hand and fell right into the entertainment center cutting her eyelid open. I picked her up to find her face covered in blood. I loaded her and Dallin into the truck and took her to the urgent care doctor where Ashley works. He looked at it and said that because of the kind of cut and where it was at that I needed to take her to the ER at Primary Childrens Hospital. For those of you who know me I HATE hospitals so I was a reck. I was more upset than Austyn was. We got up there and waited for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. When we finally got back to a room the doctor came in and looked at it and said that she needed to get three stitches. The best way to stitch her up was to have her sedated. So they gave her an IV and did the procedure. Luckily Austyn has a dad who can handle watching that stuff so he stayed in the room with her. Dave said when she was laying on the table sedated she kept saying "HI" which is her favorite word. Here are a few pictures from the morning after. Dont mind the grose nose. She also has a Sinus infection and ear infection!

David is 30!!!

We had a great time celebrating Davids birthday. I had a surprise party for him at Tepanyaki with both of our families. Afterwards they all came over to the house for some cake and presents. Thanks to everyone that helped make his birthday great!

Sunday Drive

Yesterday afternoon we took a drive up the canyon. We stopped at the Red Pine trail head and took a few pictures and enjoyed the snow.

Weekend Fun

This weekend we went to Oliver Garden and to the Dinosaur Museum
with Scott, Angie and the girls.

It was nice to get out of the house and have a good time.

Austyn was exhausted by the time we left!!!

When Uncle Brendan Watches Me!!!

My mom had Uncle Brendan watch me for a little bit while she had somewhere to go. I was asleep when she left and I woke up while she was gone. Brendan decided that my hair was in my face so he decided to give me a hair style that would help that problem. This is what he came up with, what do you think?????

Austyn 1st Birthday

We celebrated Austyn's First Birthday on December 20. Since her birthday is on Christmas Eve I decided to make it a Beach Party to add some fun. She had a great time eating her cake. She wasn't quite sure what was going on. She got a lot of great gifts and most importantly she had a lot of the people that she loves there to celebrate with her. We missed those who could not make it. Here are a few pictures of the day. It is so hard to believe she is one, time goes way to fast.
